Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for digital goods.
Digital Goods
All products sold on the PrimordialMC Store are digital goods that are delivered instantly upon successful payment. Because digital goods cannot be "returned," all purchases are non-refundable.
What This Means
- One-time purchases (ranks, gems, keys, kits) cannot be refunded after delivery.
- Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, but no refund is given for the remaining billing period.
- Purchasing the wrong item or for the wrong username does not qualify for a refund.
Exceptions
We may consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis only if:
- A technical error on our end prevented delivery of the purchased item.
- You were charged multiple times for the same item due to a system error.
In these cases, contact us on Discord with your transaction details.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us will result in an immediate and permanent ban from PrimordialMC services. If you believe there is an error with your purchase, please reach out to us first.
Cancelling Subscriptions
You may cancel a subscription at any time. Your subscription benefits will remain active until the end of the current billing period. After that, recurring charges stop and subscription-specific perks are removed.
