1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PrimordialMC services, including our Minecraft server, website, and store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use our services. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent before making any purchases.

3. Digital Goods

All items sold through the PrimordialMC Store are virtual, digital goods for use exclusively on the PrimordialMC Minecraft server. These include but are not limited to:

Digital goods have no real-world monetary value and cannot be transferred, traded, or exchanged for real currency.

4. Purchases and Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount. Prices are listed in USD and include all applicable fees.

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for digital goods once delivered. Please review your cart carefully before completing a purchase. Filing a chargeback or dispute with your bank or payment provider will result in an immediate and permanent ban from all PrimordialMC services. 6. Subscriptions

Subscription purchases (such as Primordial+) are billed on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through Stripe's customer portal or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are given for unused time.

7. Delivery

Purchased items are delivered to the Minecraft username provided at checkout. It is your responsibility to enter the correct username. Items are typically delivered within minutes. If delivery fails, contact us on Discord.

8. Account and Server Rules

Use of PrimordialMC is subject to our server rules. We reserve the right to suspend or ban accounts that violate server rules. Bans do not entitle you to a refund for purchased items.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, adjust, or remove any in-game items, features, or perks at any time to maintain game balance and server health. We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Limitation of Liability

PrimordialMC is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of virtual items due to server issues, bugs, or maintenance. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days prior to the claim.

11. Not Affiliated with Mojang

PrimordialMC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Mojang Studios, Microsoft Corporation, or Minecraft. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
